Well, I guess that if you’re running around spending 24/7 picking “beef” with folks (eg, Ja Rule, Irv Gotti, and more recently Diddy/Puffy/P. Diddy), it’s kinda hard to squeeze in time to roll around to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to ensure that your license stays current, your vehicle is actually registered with the state, and that your car is insured.
