Beyonce shows off her world famous curves in one of her raunchiest ever photo-shoots. Despite being one of the most photographed women in the world, the bootylicious singer admits she found the experience extremely nerve-wracking.
She said: "It takes a lot of guts. I’m really a shy person. "But in my everyday world, as a musical performer, I’m playing a character. I had to tap that same character."

To be totally honest with you, I think Beyonce did this spread because Jennifer Hudson is on the cover of Vogue. It has been a tabloids dream story to flaunt the fact that B has never done the cover before, and newcomer Jennifer gets it like that! Not to mention all of the fuss over Jennifer’s multi-award winning performance in Dreamgirls (co-starring…Beyon-who) Who knows, maybe she is trying to steal the spot light off of Jennifer and back on herself. I mean why else would she now, after years of turning it down, decide to do a photo shoot in a swimsuit…coincidentally at the same time Jennifer is doing the Vogue cover.
-I mean…Beyonce, gurrl…you have everything (fame, fortune, and Jay-Z) don’t sweat it, let someone else shine for a moment. It’ll come back to you. God has blessed you and will continue to do so, just right now, it’s time for someone elses blessings to shine!!

Sports Illustrated did a music issue for 2007, and they chose Beyoncé for the cover of the issue. It had nothing to do with Jennifer Hudson.
