My My! Look what we have here! Britney Spears managed to take time off from her busy schedule of recording her album and partying with Paris Hilton to make a surprise visit at the American Music Awards. Brit, who wore a knee length cream-colored dress, looked absolutely thrilled to be holding an award in her hand even if it meant giving it away to Mary J.Blige!
