Britney Spears’ Being Dumped Left, Right And Center

Britney Spears‘ “secret witness” turned out to be a former bodygurard, Tony Barretto. Being the father of young children, Barretto chose to come forward after being a witness to Brit’s “nudity, drug use and safety issues, post-rehab.” Although he is said to be “very concerned” about the safety of her two boys, neither the court or Brit’ attorneys chose to cross examine him. Rather, his declaration went “unrefuted and unchallenged.”
As reported earlier, Laura Wasser has stepped down as Britney’s lawyer, stating: “I don’t want anyone to perceive that we’re dumping Britney. In a lot of attorney-client relationships, there comes a time when some fresh blood is necessary.”
Following the lead of Wasser, Britney’s management team have also dropped her.
Jeff Kwatinetz, who took over for Larry Rudolph, said “It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our relationship with Britney Spears. We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record, but current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job.”
