Britney Spears Is Being Investigated For Child Abuse

We don’t pretend to be surprised by this; however we are quite saddened with the latest news surrounding Britney Spears. The mom of two is currently being investigated for possible child abuse.
An unscheduled hearing was held yesterday at L.A country Superior Court, where attorneys for Brit, Kevin and the dependency court were present. According to various sources, the investigation into Britney does not involve physical mistreatment of her children. However, the complaint lodged (possibly by K-Fed) involves allegations of poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits of those unfortunate kids.

Just because she is a celebrity it is such a big deal. When countless unknown people do exactly the same thing - no one pays attention. In many homes people have liquor bottles open and children drink, they even smoke. The problem is that singers and film-stars are expected to have higher moral standards than ordinary people - they are supposed to saints! If Britney Spears was not who she is today, no one would be bothered. Women bear children out of wedlock, it is perfectly acceptable. People visit nude beaches no one cares to photograph them or have them published in newspapers, it is just another day in their lives.
The truth reality is so mundane so it is fun to make a non-issue a major topic for gossip. It is the sign of an absolutely hypocritical society, there is one standard for themselves another for others.
