A tearful Britney broke down after visiting her lawyer to discuss her increasingly dirty custody battle.

As reported earlier, some of her closest friends have been served legal papers by Fed-Ex’s camp in a bid to win sole custody of Sean and Jayden. The papers are deposition subpoenas compelling them to testify about Britney’s parenting skills.

What’s even more sad is that the very people Britney thought she could trust have turned against her, volunteering information which may lead to her losing her children. Kevin Federline claims he has three sworn statements from Britney’s old employees that show her in a very negative light. Some of the claims include:

- screaming at the boys in a rage saying they were “mistakes”
- getting drunk in front of them
- feeding them coffee and fizzy drinks
- letting them sit in soiled diapers until someone else comes around to change them
- lesbian romps with the nanny when her 22-month old son Sean Preston was in the same bed

A court hearing is set for September 14th.
