We made a promise to ourselves that we would not drag the Anna Nicole story, but we’ve received a little information that we think you may find interesting!
In her upcoming tell-all “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death” TV journalist Rita Cosby claims that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern had a secret gay affair! She claims that Anna and her friend Jackie (Rita’s soure of information) caught Larry and Howard with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles. “Their bodies were intermingled. It was obvious what was happening,” says the former pro volleyballer Jackie Hatten.
The alleged gay lovers were videotaped and it soon became a tape that Anna Nicole liked watching over and over again.
Rita was looking forward to talking more about her book on the “Today” show, but the show chickened out and pulled the plug on their interview this morning, after receiving a letter threatening legal action from attorney Lin Wood, Howard’s lawyer.
As for Larry, he isn’t exactly keeping mum on the topic either. He demands that Rita eats her words and leaves that part out of her book or else…

After months of speculation, heartache and a bitter ongoing paternity battle, photographer Larry Birkhead shows off his seven-month-old daughter in their first photoshoot together. In an interview, Birkhead defends Howard K Stern and takes a swipe at Anna’s pushy mother.
On his former adversary in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case: “People blame him (Howard) a lot, but Anna had her own mind too. She had a choice and we were arguing and that’s what happens. I’m thankful that everyone can get along for Dannielynn. How could you not?”
“It seems unlikely, but he’s been a great help. He’s been with Dannielynn the last several months. He knows her likes and dislikes and things that could help me. He gives me credit when I’m doing good things and gives me tips on things I should do a little different.”
On sharing custody with Anna’s mother, Virgie Arthur: “It’s puzzling for her to display affection to me and then for the attorneys to say she’s going for custody and Larry was just a sperm donor and a one-night stand. Then they all come and shake my hand. You’ve gotta scratch your head and say, ’What’s going on here?’ I’m willing to listen to see what people want, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to agree. I hope I don’t have to fight for the baby.
On baby Dannielynn: “The doctors say she’s fine and has met all of her developmental milestones. She’s a really curious, alert baby.”

Larry Birkhead is the official, much liked, father of Dannielynn Hope. But he has still the issue of custody to settle with the mother of Anna Nicole, Virgie Arthur.
It was to be settled yesterday, but much to everyone’s amazement Howard K. Stern informed the press that custody was not granted to Larry. If it were up to him, however,”the formal order in terms of giving Larry full custody would have occured.”
Larry has time and time again said that joint custody is not an option. “It would imply that I’m unfit as a parent, which I’m not,” he said.
According to reports, both Birkhead and Arthur will meet privately today to discuss the matter. Arthurs lawyer, John O’Quinn, told reporters that the two will try to hammer out a custody solution that the court will ultimately “like and approve.”

99.9999999999% our man Larry Birkhead is the father!! *Insert sigh of relief here*. The emotional and understandably overjoyed new daddy announced to the world “I told you so.”
Howard K. Stern says he’s “obviously very disappointed” but as promised, he will keep to his word and and not fight for custody. Stern added he’d like the transition to be “gradual,” so the baby can adjust. Larry and Howard embraced upon hearing the news, after which Stern said, Birkhead was welcome to come to the house and spend as much time with baby Dannielynn as he wanted.
While Howard gracefully steps back, Virgie Arthur, the mother of Anna Nicole Smith is reportedly making things difficult as she announced that she is going to try to get joint custody of Dannielynn with Larry.
So the drama folks is far from over! Stay tuned.

With the DNA tests results in tomorrow and the walls closing in on Howard K. Stern, his people have issued the following statement:
“If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn’s biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn’s best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.
While Howard continues to believe and hope that he is Dannielynn’s biological father, he wants to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He wants to share the memories of her mother as the person who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn.”
