You didn’t think Christina Aguilera would go in for a natural birth, did you?! The mum-to-be  has already scheduled in her baby’s delivery for January 10th. “Christina has a C-section scheduled for January 10 but she might need to push the date of the delivery up,” says a soure close to the star.

Last night Christina celebrated her 27th birthday with a night out with her music executive husband. The heavily pregnant star covered up in a black and white checked jacket, and white dress.

Despite having a baby shower earlier this month, Christina is said to be planning another event for her family and close friends.

The source added: “Christina will be having a second baby shower at the Hotel Bel-Air over Christmas with just her friends.”

Christina Aguilera has been spotted wearing tons and tons of make-up recently causing us to wonder if the mom-to-be is feeling a bit insecure during her pregnancy.

Not too long ago, she was criticized by some for looking too tramp like on the cover of Marie Claire.

Thankfully, Christina comes off sounding a whole lot smarter than Britney did in her interview:

On her pregnancy being a surprise: “We were planning on starting to try after the tour. And so, I had gone off the Pill to prepare my body, because I didn’t know how much time it would take. You’ve heard it takes some time — except with Power Egg and Super Sperm here… I’m like, Oh, my God, can you believe it just happened?”

Jordan’s the man to go to if you need some strong swimmers then, not that Christian would be keen boast, as that’s simply not her style.

On not making a pregnancy announcement: “Because I hadn’t said anything, people thought I was trying to keep it this big, bad secret, and that’s not the case at all. I just wasn’t commenting. I’m not being like, ‘Hey, everybody, I’m pregnant!’ I’m not that girl.”

On being pregnant during her ‘Back to Basics’ tour:: “I was paranoid. There are so many things that could go wrong — somebody could slip, somebody could fall, I could fall. There was no way in hell I was going to jeopardize my baby for my show.” [So she wore a well-concealed heart monitor. She didn’t want to broadcast the news.] “I didn’t want to make the audience uncomfortable, like, ‘Pregnant lady onstage! Is she going to be OK?’ But I had to announce it to my band and my dancers, because I wanted to make sure they had my back.”

The Dirrty singer will reportedly welcome her first baby boy this January.

It’s a miracle folks! Seven-months pregnant Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have managed to stay married two years, two days, without having to suffer rumors of a break-up (as far as we know). However, the inevitable nasty comments from the press over the months didn’t seem to bother them as the expectant couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary at Amalfi. Some sickos have published pictures claiming to be crotch shots from that night, but we choose not to believe them!

People have got to learn to stop making announcements for Christina Aguilera! First Paris Hilton  opened her big mouth on the pregnancy and now Christina Milian, in the spirit of being exicted for her friend, has just confirmed that Mrs Bratman is in fact expecting a boy.

“Her son is going to be pretty lucky because his mom … she’s just awesome!” Milian, 26, told Us at the Seventeen Jewelry launch at Ketchup restaurant in L.A. Thursday. “She is going to be a cool mom.”

Milian attended Aguilera’s blue-themed carnival-themed baby shower at Aguilera’s Beverly Hills home November 10.

“I had a lot of fun!” Milian told Us “I got her a bunch of baby bath stuff: a whole little bathrobe and everything.”
