James Brown’s Widow Gone Nuts?
January 05, 07 by Ballz!
Above is a crazy yet hilarious interview with James Brown’s widow, Tomi Rae Hynie. Apparently Brown’s children refused to be part of a TV tribute to the late soul legend on Larry King Live Wednesday night when they discovered his widow would be taking part. And after seeing this clip who could blame them!
It’s That Time Of Year Again
January 02, 07 by Ballz! For example the latest incident of Michael kissing his longtime idol James Brown goodbye on his forehead (pictured above)and some sicko’s saying that Michael made out with James!
Lets throw aside those annoying things known as ”facts” like the fact that it’s never been proven, and the fact he has time and again been acquitted of all charges in different courts of law.. but what do those people know?
He looks and sometimes acts weird, so he did right?
God! We wish stupidity was a crime punishable by imprisonment, then we wouldn’t have to bump into half of these idiots on the street!
Ohh well, that’s our rant for the start of 2007. Happy new year everyone!
James Brown’s Widow Finds Herself Homeless
December 26, 06 by Ballz!James Brown’s death could mean more bad news for his partner, backup singer Tomi Rae Hynie. The couple were not legally married as Hynie was already a married woman when she married Brown. Although she later annulled the previous marriage, it was never counted as she and Brown never remarried.
Just hours after Brown passed, the 36-year-old widow returned to her home, but her late husband’s lawyer and accountant, David Cannon, wouldn’t let her in. ”This is my home. I don’t have any money. I don’t have anywhere to go,” Mrs Brown said after kneeling and banging on the iron gate that was locked by security guards.
Hynie admits that while she is not the legal owner of the property, it has been her home for 10 years which gives her the right to live in the home with the couple’s 5-year-old son. Click here to read more.
Christmas Is A Little Less Joyful

Music has lost a great voice today. The Godfather of Soul, James Brown, whose career spanned six decades, was taken to hospital yesterday with pneumonia, said his agent, Frank Copsidas, and died early Monday with longtime friend Charles Bobbit at his side.
Along with Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan and a handful of others, Brown was one of the major musical influences of the past 50 years. At least one generation idolized him, and sometimes openly copied him. His rapid-footed dancing inspired Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson among others.
He died at 73. His music will live on forever.
