Jessica Simpson insists her man Tony Romo isn’t calling his ex Carrie Underwood behind her back.
“I looked at his call log,” she said Wednesday in an interview with Nashville’s 107.5 FM’s Woody and Jim show.
Of Tony, Carrie tells September’s Allure: “The phone will ring and it’ll be him, and I’ll maybe not answer.”
Not considered about appearing controlling, Jessica adds “Tony and I both laughed at that.” She went on, “If Tony wanted to call her and be with her, he would.”
She also said she wasn’t dissing Carrie, a vegetarian, when she wore a shirt that read ”Real Girls Eat Meat”.
While it may seem to many that she is threatened by Carrie, Jess insists she is very secure in her relationship and the couple are going stronger than ever.
“Most of the guys I dated were captivated by my heart but they had different ways of trying to get to me,” Jessica says in September’s Elle. “Tony understands me.
“He appreciates my talent,” she adds. “He’s the first person I’ve spiritually connected with.”

Jessica Simpson reportedly spices up her relationship with Tony Romo by sending him sexy webcam videos. The would-be country star apparently reminds her man what he’s missing while they’re apart by filming herself performing raunchy routines.
A pal said: “Jess has no problem showing Tony her favorite Pussycat Dolls routine. “She will dance in front of her camera until she makes her man happy. “Jess does get paranoid, making sure Tony doesn’t have any of his Cowboys buddies peeking in on the show.”

Jessica Simpson’s recent hospital stay was triggered by more than just an “infection.” A source tells Star the singer was hospitalized after months of hard drinking with beau Tony Romo. Even more shocking, Jess asked for a pregnancy test!
Ashlee Simpson’s big sis was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. on March 28 and remained there for four days. Reps for the singer said she was being treated for a “kidney infection,” but an insider says it was more than that. Jessica’s health problems were “brought on by drinking an obscene amount of alcohol,” says the source. “She was treated for a kidney infection, a bladder infection and a urinary tract infection.”
Adding to her distress, anxious Jessica asked doctors to give her a pregnancy test! “She was a nervous wreck,” says the insider. “She was three weeks late and convinced she was pregnant. She was feeling really weak and really scared. She was unraveling.”
Since her divorce from Nick Lachey in 2006, Jessica has dated a string of men, including musician John Mayer. But after hooking up with Dallas Cowboys hunk Tony in November, insiders say her partying and drinking are out of control.
“She used to keep her drinks to a minimum, because she’s very conscientious about the calories,” says a source. “But Tony and his buddies really party hard, and I think they expect Jessica to keep up with them. But she is like a third of their weight and just can’t hold as much as they can.”

After reportedly setting up some of his daughters’ past dalliances, it looks like Joe Simpson is looking to find love himself. Which wouldn’t be an issue, if he weren’t already married. Apparently, at Perez Hilton’s party last week, Joe was seen hanging out with some pals (including Ashlee’s ex Ryan Cabrera) without his wedding ring on, approaching several ladies. “He was flirting with one group of girls who either didn’t know who he was or didn’t care, and they just grabbed their drinks, laughed and walked away,” a source told Page Six.
