Star Magazine (admittably not one of the best sources), are reporting what they claim is the inside scoop on Britney Spears‘ and K-Fed’s divorce agreement. The arrangement, reached between the pair last week, is said to include:
- A 2004 prenup allowed KFed $250,000 for each year of the couple’s marriage, but Spears increased the amount to $500,000 to speed up negotiations.
- Federline is to receive half the proceeds from the sale of the Malibu estate they shared.
- Federline gets custody of Sean-P and Jayden James four days a week, and will receive $25,000 a month in child support for each child until they turn 18.
- Federline can keep all gifts received during the marriage.
- Federline is forbidden from writing a tell-all book.
When the estranged couple met to finalize the split, Brit supposedly asked, “Do you really want to do this?” and when KFedEx was quick to say yes, Brit responded, “You’re the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, but thank you for my babies.”

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have finally reached an “amicable” divorce settlement.
The much talked settlement was reached after a five-hour meeting between Britney, Kevin and their lawyers.
While the terms of the agreement have not been revealed, rumor has it that Kevin will gain a measly one million dollars and will have joint custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.
K-Fed’s attorney’s spokesperson (!) confirmed the news, telling People magazine: “The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children.”
Sporting a huge, million-dollar grin, Brit put on her best wig and headed to the Bridge lounge in West Hollywood to celebrate her legal victory.

Here you have it folks! The father of Britney’s kids and the man who said he may ”never get over her” come face to face on the red carpet. It’s official, there is no bad blood between Kevin Federline and Justin Timberlake. The two were all smiles when they hugged and greeted each other. Maybe JT will offer him a job dancing for him, eh!

You may be used to seeing Britney like this or like this, but the paparazzi princess pleasantly surprised us yesterday by going for a more mature look in a satin blazer, and covering up more of her body than usual.
In other news, Brit and Kevin have agreed to extend their temporary joint custody agreement for another month. The agreement grants physical custody to Brit, with visitation rights for Kevin on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 4 pm

Kevin Federline’s much anticipated ad is here! We are totally digging it, but it turns out that not everyone is thrilled with the commercial.
“The ad is offensive to anyone who works in the restaurant industry,” said Steven Anderson, CEO of the National Restaurant Association.”We think that it is demeaning and we think it’s offensive, and I’ll tell you what, we’ve got a lot of restaurant operators who are very mad at Nationwide right now,”
So, K-Fed may not have nationwide on his side, but are you?
