Εάν σας σκεφτήκατε που ακουστήκατε όλων υπεάρξε να ακούσει περίπου Madonna η υιοθέτηση, σκέφτεται πάλι! Ένας δικαστής κυβέρνησε σήμερα ότι οι οργανώσεις των ανθρώπινων δικαιωμάτων θα βοηθήσουν να αποφασίσουν εάν Madonna πάρει να κρατήσει Δαβίδ Banda.

Στην Τετάρτη του που κυβερνά στο μαλαουιανό κεφάλαιο, ο δικαστής Andrew Nyirenda είπε ότι οι οργανώσεις ανθρώπινος-δικαιωμάτων θα μπορούσαν να αντιμετωπισθούν ως «φίλοι του δικαστηρίου.»

Οι ομάδες μπορούν επομένως να ακολουθήσουν την αίτηση μιας πλήρους αναθεώρησης μιας προσωρινής δεκαοκτώ μηνών διαταγής επιτήρησης που επέτρεψε σε Madonna για να πάρει το παιδί εκτός της χώρας. Μέλη των ομάδων τα» μπορούν επίσης να είναι συμβαλλόμενο μέρος στην αξιολόγηση της ικανότητας του λαϊκού τραγουδιστή ως μητέρα.

Μια από τις ομάδες δικαιωμάτων εν λόγω, συμβουλευτικής€ Επιτροπής â œI πρέπει να τονίσει ότι όλες κατά μήκος δεν ήμαστε ενάντια στην υιοθέτηση αλλά θελήσαμε€ μόνο τους νόμους υιοθέτησης Malawiâ ™s που διευκρινίστηκαν και που ακολουθήθηκαν στην επιστολή€, â εν λόγω ο  Justin Dzonzi, έναν δικηγόρο και έναν πρόεδρο της των ανθρώπινων δικαιωμάτων. η απόφαση€ â€ œTodayâ ™s μας δίνει την ευκαιρία να καθαρίσει (επάνω) μερικές γκρίζες περιοχές που περιβάλλουν τους νόμους υιοθέτησης σε Malawi.†

Ενδεχομένως θα λάβουν τη σωστή απόφαση που δεν περιλαμβάνει να πάρει τον έξω από μια αγάπη και ένα ασφαλές σπίτι μόνο που στέλνονται πίσω σε ένα ορφανοτροφείο.

Η μουσική MTV Ευρώπη απονέμει το 2006 πραγματοποιήθηκε χτες τη νύχτα στην Κοπεγχάγη. Ο οικοδεσπότης, Justin Timberlake, kicked off the show with a live performance of his new hit “Sexyback” and then broke out into “My Love“. Justin was the man of the night being the second one to grab two awards. One for the Best Pop and Best Male Award.He may be a good performer, but he did a terrible job as the host. Apart from lacking personality, he came off sounding as the candy pop boyband member trying really had to break away from that image by playing it tough using words like ”motherf*****” not the mention others. As for his acting skills…maybe he needs to take a tip or two from Cameron.

On the whole, the show was an utter disappointment with none of the big names showing up. If we didn’t know better we would say it was a show to showcase the new talent out there.

Surprisingly the highlight of the evening came when Rihanna gave an amazing performance in front of a 3,000-strong audience at the ceremony, ahead of winning the award for best R&B act. “Wow, guys, this is totally unexpected,” she humbly told fans during her acceptance.

Kanye West took a blow to his ego and ran on stage when he lost out for Best Video. He started cursing and swearing to the audience saying ”F**k this! My video cost a million dollars. Pamela Anderson was in it, I was jumping across canyons and s**t! If I don’t win, the awards show loses credibility. Nothing against you (Justice Vs Simian), but hell man.”

Last years host ”Borat”, made an appearance via satellite to give Justin a few “tips” on hosting the show. The man kept putting his foot in his mouth by picking on the Jews and insulting Denmark, so much so, Justin had to stop him from making a bigger fool of himself.

The show was tasteless and that’s probably why they had to hit an all time low to get people’s attention. And they did it by having a guy dressed in a fat suit playing Madonna and screaming. Yes I’m old but you know you wanna grab my t*** and f*** me in the ass”. and “I can adopt a baby if I want, I’m Madonna.”

Madonna and David Banda along with Lourdes and Rocco arrived in America yesterday (29OCT06). Madge who has already told her story on Oprah prepares to further defend her controversial adoption by appearing on NBC News, The Today Show AND Dateline. Meanwhile, how do we feel about little David? Isn’t he a cute child? What really caught our eye (apart from his cute button eyes) was his Kabbalah bracelet!

Madonna finally addressed her planned adoption on the ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ in an interview that aired yesterday. The Material mom spoke to Oprah via satellite from a TV studio in London and revealed that she has only the best of intentions for the 13-month-old African boy named David Banda. She also shared a few home pictures of David, the kids, and Guy Ritchie. Here are a few highlights from the interview:

Madonna on the negative media surrounding David’s adoption: “I didn’t realize that the adoption was causing any controversy until I came back. There were a million film crews in the airport and press camped outside my door. I don’t read newspapers or watch television, but all of my friends have let me know what everybody’s talking about and what’s going on in the news. So it didn’t really hit me until I got back to England. It’s pretty shocking.”

Madonna on David’s fathers claim that he was misled into signing over his son: “I do not believe that is true. I sat in that room, I looked into that man’s eyes,” Madonna says. “I believe that the press is manipulating this information out of him. I believe at this point in time, he’s been terrorized by the media. They have asked him things, repeatedly, and they have put words in his mouth. They have spun a story that is completely false.”

Madonna on how Lourdes and Rocco reacted to the new addition: “They just embraced him, and that’s the amazing thing about children. They don’t ask questions. They’ve never once said, “What is he doing here”, or mentioned the difference in his skin color, or questioned his presence in our life. That is an amazing lesson that children do teach us.”

Madonna on the state of David’s health: “When I met him, he was extremely ill. He had severe pneumonia, and he could hardly breathe. I was in a state of panic, because I didn’t want to leave him in the orphanage because I knew they didn’t have medication to take care of him. We got permission to take him to a clinic to have a bronchial dilator put on him. … He had pneumonia and was given an injection of antibiotics. He’s still a little bit ill, not completely free of his pneumonia, but he’s much better than he was when we found him.”
