WHAT do you buy your wife when she’s just given birth? A pair of fluffy slippers or perhaps some flowers and chocs? No, £1.2 million earrings of course.
That’s what generous Marc Anthony got Jennifer Lopez as a thank you gift for bringing their baby twins Max and Emme into the world just under two months ago.
He’s even had their babies’ initials M and E engraved on each earring. Hilariously, you could also say they spell out ‘ME’. Very appropriate for one of the world’s biggest divas.
The twins are set for their first family trip when they join mum and dad on tour in Venezuela this weekend.
According to national newspaper El Universal, Anthony has listed a series of demands for the trip, which will result in the family travelling and relaxing in the ultimate luxury.
They will stay in a presidential suite at a five-star hotel and have 10 additional rooms on the same floor and several cars at its disposal.
They will also have the best doctors on standby.

She may look like she’s ready to pop, but don’t expect Jennifer Lopez to lay low at home. Just a few hours after attending the Marchesa Fall 2008 show, the nine-months-pregnant (with twins) singer hit up Madonna’s Raising Malawi/Unicef charity event with her husband faithfully by her side.
Meanwhile, the singer says she’s “feeling good” and that she refuses to wear drab maternity clothes. “People make fun of me because when I do have them over to my house I do have a dress on,” she laughs.
On a completely different note, how funny does Marc look in the last picture?!

The happy couple partied on the rooftop of the swanky Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City with her mom Guadalupe and guests Leah Remini, Diane Sawyer and designer Roberto Cavalli.
Lending weight to rumors that she’s expecting twins, the shower, hosted by “Maid in Manhattan” producer Elaine Goldsmith, was decorated in blue and pink. News has it that the place was even covered with Swarovski crystals!

Ever since news of her pregnancy broke out, Jennifer Lopez has been glowing but simply refuses to confirm the good news.
At a recent concert, Marc Anthony dropped a hint about J.Lo’s rumoured pregnancy that was as subtle as his wife’s increasingly obvious baby bump.
Anthony caused a stir when he made a revealing song dedication to his wife.
“It’s a real personal song. This song has a whole new significance,” he said, before launching into Journey’s Faithfully.
After telling fans that the song had “quite a special significance,” the crowd erupted when he sang the not-so-cryptic lyrics: “They say that the road ain’t no place to start a family…”
We wish she would stop playing Christina’s game and just come out with it already! It seems like the only way some of today’s stars remain in the entertainment news headlines is when they’re keeping mum on those mummy rumors!

Her husband denies she’s pregnant, her mother says she wouldn’t know even if she were, but Jennifer Lopez‘ list of items she needs during her promotional tour tell a different story. Among a string of ridiculous diva-like demands Jennifer insists she have soft baked chocolate chip cookies and sour cream and onion potato chips lying around her hotel room! Now unless those are for Marc to keep the little weight he has on, we’d have to assume those are pregnancy cravings for the otherwise weight conscious J.Lo!
