Looking very much like a child herself, big sister Nicole Richie treated her siblings to a screening of ‘Charlotte’s Web’ at the Grove shopping complex in Los Angeles.

The shrinking reality star was later joined by boyfriend Joel Madden. The two have become inseparable and Benji Madden is feeling quite threatened by the relationship his bandmate/brother/ next-door neighbor shares with Nicole. Sources close to Nicole say she is “moving stuff out of her West Hollywood condo into his Glendale home,” which has left Benji “furious.”

 

The rumor mill is spinning that Joel Madden dumped Hilary Duff because she wouldn’t put out. Hilary MAY BE the only starlet who has stayed true to her word of celibacy before marriage while Joel is waiting around to get a little action. He realized that wasn’t going to happen with Hilary until he put a wedding ring on her finger, and so he moved on to the next best thing: Nicole Richie!The two are said to be dating and while it seems that Joel is just looking to have a good time, Richie may be getting a little too serious. She was caught leaving his home earlier this week and she even had him listed as her “emergency contact person” on her booking papers following her DUI arrest on Monday.

 

Nicole Richie was busted with a DUI early this morning. Two motorists called 911 when they spotted her SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank.

Law enforcement officers say Nicole admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot.  However,a preliminary alcohol screening revealed that she is quite the short woman and shockingly only 85-lb.

Let’s hope Nicole not only puts on some weight, but also cleans up her act as this is not her first brush in with the law. In 2003, she pled guilty to heroin possession. Luckily for her, the charges were dismissed after she completed the terms of her probation.
