Paris Hilton has been wracking up the frequent flyer miles lately — going on tour with boyfriend Benji Madden in South Africa, then flying up to Munich, now judging beauty contests in Turkey. Recently, Paris judged the Miss Turkey 2008 beauty pageant, an interesting choice for a woman who has heretofore expressed no interest in Turkey or its culture.

In the above clip, Paris’ judging duties are dismissed for what she does best: skanky dancing. The tunes prove too much for the heiress, and she succumbs to the power of the traditional Turkish music by wiggling, arms thrown over head like she’s got her skirt hiked up on the banquets at Villa.

Paris Hilton who’s thrown herself on every man possible is now dating Benji Madden. Less than two weeks after he split from fiancée Sophie Monk, Life and Style Magazine reports:

“When she saw Benji, she only had eyes for him. She walked over and gave him a huge kiss. It was over the top and lots of tongue was involved. They hibernated in a corner booth… The entire time, she stroked his arm and rubbed his leg as she whispered in his ear.

Benji’s twin brother, Joel, dates Paris’ friend Nicole Richie, so this is probably just another case of little Miss Hilton wanting what Nicole has.

The Los Angeles Department of Animal Services visited Paris Hilton’s home earlier this week to investigate a complaint about her owning 17 dogs, TMZ, reports.

According to those pesky laws that Paris hates to follow, a non-breeder in Los Angeles may only own three dogs per address.

Earlier this week, on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Hilton admitted she owned all the pooches: “I have 17 dogs — lots,” she said. “They all sleep in my bed - well, not all of them, but I let some of them.”

If that’s the case, it must be incredibly crowded between Paris’ sheets. Do the dogs force her men to sleep on the floor?
