Paris Hilton and actress Elisha Cuthbert were “all over each other and making out” at New York’s Tenjune club Tuesday night.

“Who knew?” says the source of the unlikely pairing. Hilton, 26, and Cuthbert, 25 (who costarred in 2005’s House of Wax), didn’t arrive at Tenjune together. Hilton was there for a birthday party and was seen dancing on banquets. “It’s Paris,” says the source. “She loves putting on a show.”

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton’s potential inheritance dramatically diminished after her grandfather, Barron Hilton, announced plans on Wednesday to donate 97 percent of his estimated $2.3 billion fortune to charity.

You could say Paris Hilton has had the heir taken out of her balloon, so to speak. You could also say she put the “ho” in hotel heiress, so to speak. Eh?

The fortune in question includes $1.2 billion Barron Hilton stands to earn from both the recent sale of Hilton Hotels Corp., and the pending sale of the world’s biggest casino company, Harrah’s Entertainment Inc.

The donated money will be placed in a trust that will eventually benefit the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, raising its total value to about $4.5 billion.

Barron Hilton, chairman of the foundation, intends “to contribute 97 percent of his entire net worth, estimated at $2.3 billion, including the created trusts, at whatever value it is at the time of his passing,” the foundation said.

What on Earth will Paris and Nicky Hilton do? Continue to get paid $500,000 to show up at parties (Paris) or start their own businesses (Nicky)? Likely.

Perhaps Stavros Niarchos - Paris’ on-again, off-again lover and heir to a Greek shipping fortune himself - will be back in her good graces after this news.

Paris, a symbol of celebrity privilege in America, first gained fame in 2003 when a sex tape featuring herself and then-boyfriend Rick Salomon was posted online.

She parlayed her notoriety, fueled by tabloid headlines about her partying lifestyle, into a celebrity career that has included a reality TV show, a book, an album, and film roles. This year she spent three weeks in jail for violating probation.

It looks like Paris DID learn something in prison - how to kick the sh*t out of another woman! The heiress apparently freaked when she discovered her on-again off-again flame, Greek shipping heir hottie Stavros Niarchos, macking on another girl in Miami last week. After noticing her man ignoring her for another woman, Paris went up to them and screamed at the unlucky lady (who happens to be her BFF Brandon Davis’ ex-girlfriend).

The next night she attempted the same tactic to get Stav’s attention, but added some sexy dancing to spice up her wooing. Are we talking about humans here, or peacocks? She then followed him to another club, where she went nuts trying to get his date kicked out, and a source says she even begged security to give her the boot. Another spy claimed, “Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her.”

The tumultuous night ended in a kiss (as seen above), a classy capper to a typical instance of Hilton insanity. Perhaps they can leave Miami and take their love onto a yacht, sailing far far away from the cameras, internet, and our sensitive eyes.
