Forgive us if we don’t sound too surprised, but Pink & Carey Hart have decided to pull the plug on their relationship - announcing plans to file for divorce after just two years of marriage. The singer’s publicist, Michele Schweitzer, confirmed the split by releasing the following statement: ”Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”
Shortly after that, the punkstress blogged about the situation on her personal Web page:
Hi everybody. I wanted to reach out personally to all my fans/friends out there in the world. First and foremost, thank-you for all of your support and love, it means a lot to me right now. The most important thing for you all to know, is that Carey and I love each other so so much. This break up is not about cheating, anger, or fighting. I know it sounds like cliche bulls***, but we are best friends, and we will continue to be. All I know at this point, is that I want to make the best album I can, and Carey wants to do the best possible job he can with everything he has going on. He is a good man, so please support him as well. One never knows the future, but mine and Careys’ just might involve beach babies and sunshine one day. Just not right now. We hate it when a Hollywood couple splits (especially since it means more work for us), but we have to say we don’t feel the slightest amount of sympathy for Pink. Her naiveness and her heartless criticism towards Britney going through a hard time after her divorce has come back to bite Pink in the ass, as reports come in that she may be headed for Splitsville as well.
UsWeekly reports that Pink told her girlfriends: “We’re just not getting along anymore. We each need our space. We need our distance. It’s not like it was when we first started.”
A friend of Carey’s confirms this by saying the couple are getting divorced. This source said, “Carey is tired of her always accusing him of cheating, and he’s fed up with the constant arguing. He says he cannot deal with her anymore. It’s his decision to put an end to this. They are 100 percent getting a divorce.”
Pink’s spokesperson said it ain’t true, but since when did we start believing spokespeople!

Her husband has been accused of having a dangerously wandering eye, but Pink chooses to look the other way by slandering other people. During a live concert in London, Pink took a swipe at Britney’s recent fall from grace. She altered her “Don’t Let Me Get Me” lyrics from ‘tired of being compared to damn Britney Spears she’s so pretty’ to ’she’s so crazy’.
She may be crazy, but Pink may want to spend less time mocking people in concerts, and more time in the bedroom. Perhaps then, her husband won’t have the need to feel up strange blonde women!

Her “Lady Marmalade” cohort Christina Aguilera may be pregnant, but motherhood is not on Pink’s radar at the moment.
“We’re both so busy with our careers,” her husband Carey tells OK!. “The last thing she wants to do is get pregnant. We’re still young. We have plenty of time for that.”
So busy the two are that their alone time is reduced to one week a month, “so we’re always excited to see each other,” he says. In between the reunions, technology helps minimize the distance between them. “We talk on iChat and we’re on the phone many times a day.”
Being in a long distance relationship myself, I can sympathise with them to a certain degree!

Having lost a dog myself I can tell you losing your dog is one of the worst things that can happen. But when you lose a pet to drowning it doesn’t get any worse than that. Animal lover Pink first-hand experienced the heartbreak that comes with losing a pet.
The singer left her L.A. home for a short time and returned to find her bulldog Elvis lifelessly floating in her backyard pool. She desperately tried to revive the little fellow but it was too late. Elvis would often swim in the pool and had never got into any difficulty before.
The superstar is very hurt, understandably, especially since Elvis was given to her by good friend Lisa Marie Presley, hence the name.
