BALLZ! Express Yourself With BALLZ!

The MTV Europe Music Awards 2006 took place last night in Copenhagen. The host, Justin Timberlake, kicked off the show with a live performance of his new hit “Sexyback” and then broke out into “My Love“. Justin was the man of the night being the second one to grab two awards. One for the Best Pop and Best Male Award.He may be a good performer, but he did a terrible job as the host. Apart from lacking personality, he came off sounding as the candy pop boyband member trying really had to break away from that image by playing it tough using words like ”motherf*****” not the mention others. As for his acting skills…maybe he needs to take a tip or two from Cameron.

On the whole, the show was an utter disappointment with none of the big names showing up. If we didn’t know better we would say it was a show to showcase the new talent out there.

Surprisingly the highlight of the evening came when Rihanna gave an amazing performance in front of a 3,000-strong audience at the ceremony, ahead of winning the award for best R&B act. “Wow, guys, this is totally unexpected,” she humbly told fans during her acceptance.

Kanye West took a blow to his ego and ran on stage when he lost out for Best Video. He started cursing and swearing to the audience saying ”F**k this! My video cost a million dollars. Pamela Anderson was in it, I was jumping across canyons and s**t! If I don’t win, the awards show loses credibility. Nothing against you (Justice Vs Simian), but hell man.”

Last years host ”Borat”, made an appearance via satellite to give Justin a few “tips” on hosting the show. The man kept putting his foot in his mouth by picking on the Jews and insulting Denmark, so much so, Justin had to stop him from making a bigger fool of himself.

The show was tasteless and that’s probably why they had to hit an all time low to get people’s attention. And they did it by having a guy dressed in a fat suit playing Madonna and screaming. Yes I’m old but you know you wanna grab my t*** and f*** me in the ass”. and “I can adopt a baby if I want, I’m Madonna.”

We are really digging Beyonce’s new single “Ring The Alarm.” On this track, she seems to really be asserting herself and her new edgy sound kinda puts us in the mind of Ashanti’s “Only U.”

For those of you who aren’t hip to the motivation for this track, “Ring The Alarm” is an unapologetic swipe at the 18-year old R&B singer, Rihanna, who according to many insiders has gotten wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too close for comfort to Beyonce’s man, Jay-Z. We think that Beyonce’s message to Rihanna is loud and clear: It’s time for you, you Beyonce’ wannabe, to step away from my man cause he’s mine!

 Beyonce, honey child, we didn’t know ya had it in ya! Does Beyonce’s “Ring The Alarm” wake you up and REALLY take notice, OR, does it leave you reaching for the snooze button?

Beyonce Knowles’ new single ”Ring The Alarm” is rumored to be a slam against her wanna-be rival Rihanna. Apparently Rihanna and her mentor, Jay Z were becoming extremly close, too close for Beyonce.

An entertainment insider told mediatakeout.com in May 2006: “Rihanna is desperately trying to steal Beyonce’s look, her style, and even her sound … I wouldn’t be surprised if now she’s trying to steal Beyonce’s man.”
