Sheryl Crow revealed her new bundle of joy, Wyatt, on the cover of OK. The magazine has yet to be released, but Sheryl is already receiving criticism for her decision to show off her baby. Setting the record straight, of being publicity starved, Sheryl writes on her website:
“I was being heavily stalked by photographers who wanted the get the “first shot.” And rather than have someone I don’t know sell a shot to a magazine, we accepted OK magazine’s offer to make a generous donation to an amazing organization called the World Food Program in Wyatt’s name.. Of her new son, she says: “The day he came home, I felt like the whole house had changed. The house felt fuller. You just feel like nesting and making sure he’s acclimated to the world. It is all so fascinating… My mom would hand him to me and say, ‘Here’s your mommy.’ It was really poignant (and very startling) to hear my mom call me Mommy. It took me a while to get used to it.”

Sheryl Crow has got some big news for fans! In a statement on her website, the 45-year-old singer reveals that she has become a mommy for the first time:
“Hey Everybody,
I am so excited to share with you guys that I’ve adopted a little boy… he was born 2 weeks ago. His name is Wyatt (after my dad) Steven (after my little brother and Scooter) and we are enjoying some very private family time. Just wanted you to be the first to know.
Lots of love, Sheryl”
Now, her rep tells People magazine, “She’s just going to take some time off to be a mom.” He gave no other details except that the child was born in the United States.

Songstress Sheryl Crow seemed broken hearted when the split from her long time beau Lance Armstrong was made public and just an innocent lunch a few weeks back sparked reports of reconciliation. Those were quickly shot down by Armstrong and now Sheryl has been linked with funnyman Hank Azaria. But now it appears she may want to go the route of fellow singer Jewel and rope her a cowboy.
According to People Magazine the singer is still optimistic about the Lone Star state. “My sister said I needed to come out here and just say it: I’m looking for a cowboy,” she told a rodeo crowd on Wednesday. “I’m not giving up on Texas – yet.”

Why does everyone feel the need to stip lately? Apparently John Mayer showed up to one of their earlier concerts dressed as a bear which left Sheryl wanting to pull a prank on him by bearing all at the next concert. Although Sheryl looks amazing for her age, we think she could have pulled a better prank with a little more clothing on.
