Sure, he may have a squeaky voice, but David Beckham is all man when it comes to standing up for himself. Jesse Marsch ran upto David and gave the Los Angeles Galaxy captain a high kick from behind during an injury time at the end of the first half. Beckham did not like it one bit and made no bones about hiding his feelings during Thursday’s game. Becks recovered and ran up to Marsh, screaming in his face. And speaking of bones, Marsch has his teammates to thank for his bones not being crushed. Edson Buddle in particular found himself in the middle of all the drama and stepped in to stop David from doing some serious damage to Marsch!

Why would Britney Spears snub anyone? According to a report from the New York Daily News Brit snubbed Victoria Beckham last Tuesday, “Britney Spears turned up at the Chateau and the only table available was the one next to Posh,” a spy tells Gatecrasher.
“But Britney didn’t want to sit next to her, so she and her friend stormed off to Il Sole instead.” That runs the exact opposite of the way the story was first reported. An item from Closer Magazine told a different story.
A fellow diner claimed: “Britney walked in and sat next to Victoria and David. Victoria was fuming and got up, practically dragging David with her. “She told staff it was ridiculous to think she’d want to be near ‘that mess’ Britney. “It’s not a good move for anyone.”
Who to believe? Posh definitely has the better overheard quote.

The Beckhams crank it up a gear in a sizzling US photoshoot — as David prepares to be officially unveiled today as the star of new team LA Galaxy.
Victoria drapes herself over a sports car’s bonnet as her bare-chested hubby stares moodily into the camera in the latest edition of fashion magazine W.
The raunchy snaps were released as hundreds of cheering fans turned out for Posh and Becks’ emotional farewell at London’s Heathrow airport.
The smiling pair — flanked by security — boarded a British Airways flight to LA with kids Brooklyn, eight, Romeo, four, and Cruz, two.
More than 400 reporters from around the world are set to flock to Becks’ unveiling as LA Galaxy’s £125million signing at the team’s Home Depot Center.
Meanwhile Victoria, 33, said yesterday in a pre-recorded US TV interview: “We want to embrace the culture with open arms.
“It might be a bit crazy when we first get here. But then I think people will probably realise that I’m actually quite boring.”

Her husband usually wears the shorts. But in the tiniest pair of hot pants, Victoria Beckham obviously wanted to show that she has legs worth a look as well.
In corset, pants and bolero jacket, she certainly got the attention she was hoping for as she arrived at the Glamour Awards in London last night.
After a session pouting for the cameras Mrs Beckham apparently managed to sit down - despite her corset and pants which seemed to be causing her a few problems - for a lavish three-course dinner. ¨

With only a month to go before the Beckhams’ move to the U.S., the former Spice Girl who has turned her hand to fashion as a designer, made quite an impression at the awards, presented by Glamour magazine.
She was named Entrepreneur of the Year and somehow managed to take home the evening’s most coveted award, Woman of the Year.
