Now that David Beckham and Posh are headed to America, scientologist and close pal Tom Cruise is desperately trying to get David to join his beloved cult. As you may already know, soccer hottie David Beckham is leaving his team, Real Madrid, at the end of the season and moving to L.A. David signed the biggest deal in global sport history with the Galaxy soccer team. The Galaxy didn’t say exactly what they’ll pay him but floated a figure of $250 million in salary and commercial endorsements over the five years of his contract.
