Maybe that’s how she looks after so much liposuction. Everyone knows she’s a plastic surgery junkie. If her face looks so haggard, why is it so hard to believe that this is what her body would look like after all those years of drug abuse and being under the knife so many times. In my opinion, I think it’s real.

I’m not so sure Jessica. The picture of Nicole Richie was clearly fake and Ballz pointed it out. That was too exxagerated but when it comes to this I wouldn’t say it’s impossible. I mean she did lose a lot of weight which should explain her saggy stomach. That’s what happens when you don’t work out!
