Fergie: Crystal Meth “Hardest Boyfriend”

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie is riding high with the success of her solo album “The Duchess“; however, things weren’t always so easy in the past. Fergie reveals to Time magazine about a time in her life when she was addicted to crystal meth.
“It was the hardest boyfriend I ever had to break up with,” she says. “I dug deep as to why I got there. It’s the drug that’s addicting. But it’s why you start doing it in the first place that’s interesting. A lot of it was being a child actor; I learned to suppress feelings.”
These days, performing is her outlet for those feelings. “We’re on tour,” she says. “I have an hour and a half of performing every night and improvising. If there’s a rafter, I can climb right on.”

Hmmmmm….so Fergie was once addicted to the drug crystal meth, which would no doubt explain why she dresses the way that she does.
Obviously, a preference for clothes that have conflicting colors and patterns, an ill fit, and are clown-like in their appearance continue long after the person is no longer using. The REALLY sad part is that when these ex-meth users look in the mirror, they REALLY believe that they look good.
All rightey, then………………..now if THIS isn’t a message to people everywhere that they shouldn’t even try crystal meth ONCE, I don’t know what is!

I was addicted to this drug, and it is a hard thing to quit, but you can move on from it and have a wonderful life. I now have a wonderful family, and two beautiful children.
She should be congratulated for getting out of it.

I’m happy that you’re free from your meth addiction. I know that your family is proud of you. Wow. I don’t even know you and I’m proud of you. Although I haven’t experienced this, I know that it takes a lot of courage to break away from any type of addiction. I’m certain that you’ve most likely had to rid yourself of people who were once friends, and are currently still using. Good for you!
Just the other day, I met a woman who told me that she’s been sober (from an alcohol addiction) for two weeks. After congratulating her, I told her to take it one day at a time. How long have you been “clean?”

Hey, ive been studying crystal meth and learning about how it works. Ive watched several programmes and searched the internet a couple of times and ive learnt that it is indeed extreamly hard to break free of such an addiction, i wont get into detail because otherwise this comment could last the better half of an hour
but i’ll just say good-job for kicking it.

I am very proud of everyone who quits this kind of drug, cause it is very hard to quite it but either u quite it or it will kill you so good job to everyone who quites it and im very proud of u fergie cause u did quite.
