After weeks of speculation, Jennifer Lopez finally publicly confirmed her pregnancy (see video below)Wednesday night during a Miami stop on her El Cantante tour. “Marc and I are expecting a baby!” the glowing singer announced to the ecstatic audience. Just as surprised? Marc Anthony, who responded by shrugging his shoulders and gently caressing his wife’s stomach before leaning over and kissing her growing belly. “I did not expect her to say anything,” he told the crowd. Lopez thanked the audience for the (maddening) applause and said, “We are happy, too.”
