Jennifer Lopez arrived for jury duty yesterday, proving even stars have to behave like the rest of us sometimes.

TMZ reports that Lopez arrived at Beverly Hills Courthouse at 830 am yesterday, unlike most potential jurors however, Jenny from the block required two assistants to help her get through the arduous task of sitting in court.

Jennifer apparently spent most of her time in the jury room text messaging friends and after lunch returned with a different assistant in tow – maybe she has a morning and afternoon assistant?

Those present inform the website that Lopez was down to earth and approachable, and chatted to other jurors. However, she did display some diva like tendencies.

As well as having a personally assigned deputy with her, JLo also at one point decided she needed some ‘me time’ and her fellow prospective jurors were ushered into the hallway whilst Lopez stayed inside the courtroom with the deputy.

At 2:30 all fourty prospective jurors were told the case had been resolved and they wouldn’t be needed after all. We can imagine there were a few disappointed men at that point.
