Sheryl Crow speaks out

Sheryl Crow finally broke her silence about her breast cancer battle and her breakup with fiancé Lance Armstrong. In her own words it was ’’devastating’’ and although she’s been through a rough few months, Sheryl doesn’t hold a grudge against Armstrong. She admits to thinking about him and his kids every day, adding “I definitely still love him and always will love him.” Crow 44, and Armstrong 34, announced their split in February after two years of dating and an engagement that only lasted for little over five months. She was then diagnosed with Stage I breast cancer. “It was difficult,” says Crow. “I know he wanted to be there. I would have loved for him to have swept in and carried me through’

My deepest sympathy for sheryl who must be feeling down now since shes all alone.It must be real tough for her esp. since its seems she is still in love with Lance.He seems such a great person too. So it must have been something really that split them up. Clearly she is feeling down and low I\’m sure.my prayers are with her. I wish them both well.

I hope Sheryl finds happiness again. She is a real star and has brought us some truly great music over the years. Seems hard to belive that Lance would let her down like that after claiming how wonderful she is ,,which she is …but he obvioulsy could’nt commit..too many women have met this problem ,it’s shame..I hope Sherly finds a real happiness…and and an end to her health woes..Love ya Sheryl.

I echo your sentiments. Sheryl is a lovely lady and a fighter and I wish her all the best during this difficult time.
Ya know, I’m gonna say this and I realize that I may be wayyyyyyyyyyyy off base about this, but I feel that Sheryl’d too good for Lance. Although I have never met either of them, Sheryl seems to be a more real and down-to-earth family person than Lance. I feel that Sheryl really cared for Lance’s kids, as if they were her own, but you never saw Lance with pictures of his kids unless it was some type of photo opp. Although I’m glad that Lance successfully beat testicular cancer, I still feel that this just makes him a JERK who successfully beat testicular cancer! Immediately after their break-up, there were pictures of Lance, all over the place, in one club after another, being seen with one buxomed bimbo after another….hardly a man who is upset over his break-up!
Sheryl, you are beautiful and talented and I, for one, feel that you can do better than Lance. He is selfish, and I think that it was pretty obvious to you that you would always play second fiddle to his overinflated ego. I am confident that you will find love again and have the family that you want with a man who DESERVES YOU!!!!
