The divorce between Paul McCartney and Heather Mills is getting very ugly. Mills filed court documents in Britain claiming she was physically attacked by McCartney who was drunk and high most of the time. She calls him “vindictive” and alleges that he attacked her when she was pregnant and once stabbed her in the arm with a broken wineglass.

Mills recalls an event in which she claims McCartney became “very angry, yelled at her, grabbed her neck and started choking her” in 2003 when she asked him if he had been smoking pot. She says that he had her crawling on her hands and knees while dragging her wheelchair, crutches and personal possessions.

McCarteny is also accused of pouring a bottle of wine over Mills’s head before throwing the wine in his glass at her. According to the court documents, Paul “then reached to grab the respondent’s (Mills) wine glass and broke the bowl of the glass from the stem. “He then lunged at the respondent with the broken, sharp stem of the wine glass, which cut and pieced her arm just below the elbow, and it began to bleed profusely. “He proceeded to manhandle the respondent, flung her into her wheelchair and wheeled it outside, screaming at her to apologise for ‘winding him up’.”

Paul who was dumb enough not to sign a pre-nup has denied all accusations insisting he will “vigorously” defend his innocence.

A close pal of MCCartney, Geoff Baker,isn’t buying Heathers story. He had this to say to the british newspaper The SUN: “I would not believe her if she told me the sun set in the west, and I mean that. “I would not believe this fabricating t**t. She wants her name in the paper and is only saying it for attention.”
